Details	II型膜タンパク質は生命活動に本質的な働きを持ち、とりわけゴルジ体には糖鎖修飾と相関の深いII型膜タンパク質が多数存在する。そこで我々は、II型膜タンパク質のアミノ酸配列の物理化学的特徴を抽出し、ゴルジ膜局在II型膜タンパク質を細胞膜局在II型膜タンパク質から高精度判別する方法論を開発した。本方法により、ヒトゲノムに含まれる新規のゴルジ膜・細胞膜局在II型膜タンパク質を同定することが可能となった。
