Details	GPIアンカー型タンパク質は、癌やアルツハイマー、プリオン病など、ヒトの重篤な疾患と関連が深い。しかしながら、現在同定されているGPIアンカー型タンパク質は半数に満たないといわれている。そこで我々は、哺乳類のGPIアンカー型タンパク質のアミノ酸配列の物理化学的特徴を抽出し、アミノ酸組成から算出した位置特異的スコアマトリクスからGPIアンカー型タンパク質を高精度に判別する方法論を開発した。
